1. What is permitted on the boat tour?

A: Kind of similar to what you can bring on a plane, you can bring essentials like a backpack, water bottle, and snacks to keep you comfortable during the tour. However, for the safety and enjoyment of all passengers, please note that smoking, vaping, drugs, alcohol, or weapons of any kind are not permitted aboard the vessel.

2. Where does the tour go?

A: Our boat tour begins at North Cove in Battery Park, NYC. From there, we embark on a delightful one-hour journey. We head south along the picturesque coast of New York City, providing you with breathtaking views and the vibrant sounds of Manhattan. Then, we navigate up the East River, allowing you to witness the splendor of the three majestic bridges: Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Williamsburg. We then head back down the East River and make short stop at Governors Island for a fantastic photo opportunity. We then head across NY Harbor and stop at the iconic Statue of Liberty, the crown jewel of America where you will be able to get up and close and take memorable photos.  We then pass along Ellis Island and then head north up the Hudson River along the coast of NJ to view the beautiful Jersey City skyline.  Continuing north up towards Chelsea Piers, we cross the mighty Hudson to take in the gorgeous skyline including the Vessel, Edge and Empire State Building.  Finally, we head south back to North Cove for the conclusion of this once in a lifetime memorable boat tour.

3. Is there a bathroom on board?

A: No, there is no bathroom or running water on board the boat.
We kindly advise you to use the restroom before boarding to ensure your comfort during the tour.

4. What happens if we are late to the boat?

A: Our boat tours
operate on a strict schedule to ensure everyone enjoys their experience. If you happen to be late, you can join the next available tour with open seats. There are no refunds for any reason. To avoid any inconvenience, please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled tour.

5. Are kids permitted to ride?

A: Yes, children are more than welcome to join the tour. For the safety of our young passengers, all children aged 12 and under are required to wear life jackets, which we provide.

6. What clothing is appropriate?

A: The great news is that you can wear whatever you feel comfortable in during the tour. Our boat is equipped with a front windshield to minimize the wind, a roof for sun protection, and even side windows in the spring and fall to keep you warm during cooler weather. We recommend wearing flat shoes or sneakers for your comfort and safety.

7. What if it's raining, does the boat go out?

A: Yes, the boat tours run rain or shine. Our vessel is designed to protect you from the elements, be it sun, rain, or wind. Only in cases of unsafe sea conditions will a tour be canceled. In such instances, we will be more than happy to reschedule your tour for another day.

8. How fast does the boat go, and will I get wet?

A: Our boat tour is a thrilling ride around New York Harbor. It's a combination of stops at key locations for photos and interesting facts from our captain, followed by bursts of speed to get you to the next destination. While it's unlikely you'll get wet, there might be the occasional splash, so be prepared for a little excitement along the way!
